Al cocerla se vuelve blanda y cremosa, siempre manteniendo un punto crujiente.<\/p>\n<p>Se puede comer en cualquier comida, en el desayuno con leche vegetal y miel o bien en la comida o la cena, con esta receta de salteado con verduritas.<\/p>\n<p>Si buscas una receta f\u00e1cil y vers\u00e1til, \u00a1Toma nota!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>\n<strong>RECETA de Econutrients<\/strong><\/h3>\n<h6><strong>Tiempo de elaboraci\u00f3n: 30 min\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/h6>\n<h6><strong>\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong><\/h6>\n<h6><strong>INGREDIENTES para 2 raciones:<\/strong><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>150g de <a href=\"https:\/\/econutrients.es\/1330-home_default\/quinoa-real-bio-500-gr-rel.jpg\">quinoa<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1\/2 ajo<\/li>\n<li>1 cebolla mediana<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd calabac\u00edn<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd piment\u00f3n rojo<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd berenjena<\/li>\n<li>2 champi\u00f1ones<\/li>\n<li>1 tomate de pera<\/li>\n<li>agua<\/li>\n<li>pimienta negra, sal y aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<li>perejil (al gusto)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Puedes agregar al gusto curcuma, gengibre o comino. Nosotros agregamos comino, ya que nos gusta darle un toque hind\u00fa.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h6><strong>ELABORACI\u00d3N:<\/strong><\/h6>\n<ol>\n<li>Preparar la quinoa siguiendo las indicaciones del paquete. Recuerda que <a href=\"https:\/\/econutrients.es\/blog\/hay-que-lavar-la-quinoa-antes-de-cocinarla\/\">es importante lavar la quinoa antes de cocinarla para eliminar las saponinas<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Limpia y corta todas las verduras. La medida del corte es al gusto, nosotros lo hacemos en trozos medianos como puedes ver en la imagen.<\/li>\n<li>Pon un poco de aceite en una sart\u00e9n y cocina las verduras durante unos 10 o 12 minutos hasta que est\u00e9n tiernas.<\/li>\n<li>Salpimentar y a\u00f1adir las especias a gusto. La c\u00farcuma y el comino en polvo son especias que solemos utilizar en esta receta. Cocina un par de minutos m\u00e1s.<\/li>\n<li>Mezcla la quinoa con las verduras y a\u00f1ade el perejil.
